High Heat Transfer Speed:Use the arc torch with heat power of more than order of 1000W as the heat resource, heating the surface 1 cmor smaller area of PCI device with the thickness of 2mm. conductivity reach to the order of 6000W/m·oC, and the fin efficiency of PCI heat sink is over 95%, and not be limited by shape and size of the heat sink fin. Therefore, PCI fin heat sink structure and shapeis flexible, has small size, light weight and high heat dissipating capacity, can completely replace the heat pipe heat sink and some liquid-cooled heat sink.
